✅ Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To process a return, photo or video proof is mandatory.
🕔 Reporting Time
All issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
📦 How to Request a Return
- Email help.gardenza@gmail.com or inbox@gardenza.store with:

- Product name
- Clear photo or video showing the issue
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return.
- Once approved, follow the return shipping instructions provided.
- Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed.
💸 Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:
- Seeds
- Live plants
- Opened soil conditioners or plant nutrients
